Who we are
AFTERSWEAT is a trading name of SRSE HOLDINGS. Our contact address is Docklands Business Centre, 10-16 Tiller Road, London, England, E14 8PX. For anything privacy-related, email hello@useaftersweat.com.
What we collect
- Order details — name, delivery address, email and phone number when you place an order. We need these to take payment and deliver your order.
- Payment details — handled by our payment provider, Square. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your basket — kept in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it.
- Messages you send us — if you email us, we keep the message so we can help.
What we don't do
- We don't run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
- We don't sell your data to anyone.
Instant Profiles
Our payment provider, Square, may automatically create a customer profile from the name on your payment card after a purchase, so returning customers can be recognised. If you'd rather this didn't happen, or want a profile deleted, email us and we'll arrange it.
Why we can use your data
- To fulfil your order — performance of a contract.
- To keep tax and accounting records — legal obligation.
- To answer your questions — legitimate interests.
- To send you marketing — only with your consent. We don't currently send marketing emails.
How long we keep it
- Order and tax records: 6 years, as UK tax law requires.
- Emails you send us: up to 2 years.
- Basket data: only in your browser, until you clear it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@useaftersweat.com. If we can't sort it out, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Transfers
Our providers (Square, website hosting) may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use UK-approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
