Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, for any reason.

How to cancel

Email hello@useaftersweat.com with your order number and tell us you're cancelling. Then send the item back within 14 days of cancelling.

Refunds

We refund the price you paid for the goods (and standard UK delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you pay the return postage. Please use a tracked service — we can't refund items that go missing on the way back.

Condition

You can inspect the product like you would in a shop. If it's been used more than that, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Faulty or damaged

If your bottle arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage.
